    Dr. Linda G. Yan

    Linda G. Yan

    MD, FACC

    Dr. Yan grew up in New York City and Long Island before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Yale University. She completed medical school at the University at Buffalo, where she received a Commendation from the Dean, followed by an Internal Medicine residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. She continued her training with a Cardiovascular Diseases fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital through the Brown University program. Board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology, she brings extensive expertise to patient care. Throughout her career, she has been active in community service, including providing medical care in underserved settings and supporting educational outreach in heart health. Her clinical work includes transesophageal echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, and echocardiography interpretation, with a strong commitment to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care.

    Dr. Sharde Chambers

    Dr. Chambers is a board-certified cardiologist dedicated to advancing cardiovascular health through prevention, clinical excellence, and community engagement. A first-generation American of Jamaican heritage, she brings a deep commitment to health equity and patient advocacy. She completed her fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Morehouse School of Medicine after a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Her background includes service as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and hospitalist, along with advanced training from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Miami. Her interests center on the intersection of social medicine and heart health, with a focus on underserved communities. Dr. Chambers remains active in mentorship and national organizations, contributing to diversity and leadership initiatives across cardiology. Her work reflects compassion, advocacy, and a dedication to building healthier, more equitable communities.

    Dr. Maelynn La

    Maelynn La

    MD

    Dr. La was raised in Mobile, Alabama, and is proud to continue her career in the southeastern United States. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Echocardiography and is board eligible in Nuclear Cardiology. Her clinical interests include preventive cardiology, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, and cardio-obstetrics, with a strong focus on helping patients understand and reduce their long-term cardiovascular risk. Known for her warm, patient-centered approach, she is committed to empowering women through education and personalized care. Outside of medicine, Dr. La enjoys traveling with her husband, an OB-GYN in Atlanta, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with family and their two beloved cats. She brings a balance of clinical expertise, compassion, and dedication to her work with every patient she serves.
